Yes, I have a special focus on treating back pain, neck pain and headaches, providing spine care for everyone, from paediatrics to geriatrics.
Over the past few years I have suffered with low back pain and the daily challenges that come along with it, this experience has motivated me to help empower other people suffering with back pain.

Yes, sports injuries are numerous in our practice. I also represent Chirosport South Africa and the Federation of International Sports Chiropractic (FICS) where I work at events such as the Crossfit games, Cape Epic, Nitro Circus, World Tug of War Games. I am currently part of the team involved in treating athletes from the Endurocad programme at the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport.
I have worked with the cast of many productions, which include: Annie, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella on Ice and Evita.
Yes, besides seeing moms and tots in the office, I volunteer at a fantastic organization called Atlantic Hope, who help find abandoned babies new homes. I spend time with all the babies and volunteer my services to treat them whenever need be.
I first studied sports psychology and exercise science before finding my feet in Chiropractic, it has been an incredible journey.

I enjoy treating patients of all ages (babies, children, adults…) and have an extensive background in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries.
My aim is to provide my patients with pain relief through holistic and evidence-based treatment. Apart from manual therapy, I help my patients maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise and ergonomic advice.
I saw a chiropractor when I was in high school, as I was having neck problems. I knew instantaneously that this is exactly what I wanted to pursue as a life journey.
We adopt an integrative approach, whereby our chiropractors actively involve their patients in their treatment. Our practitioners also collaborate amongst each other in an interdisciplinary manner as well with our network of health care partners in a multidisciplinary way to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
